-BURRATA: Figs, baby arugula, balsamic reduction, chipotle crumble, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
-ROSANEGRA SALAD: Mixed greens, mustard dressing, whole hearts of palm, strawberries, dried cranberries, caramelized peanuts, carrots, and natural goat cheese.

-SURF & TURF: 150 g lobster and 200 g Westholme Wagyu New York strip.
-WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO: Porcini, enoki, portobello, and fresh seasonal black truffle.
