-BURRATA: Figs, baby arugula, balsamic reduction, chipotle crumble, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
-ROSANEGRA SALAD: Mixed greens, mustard dressing, whole hearts of palm, strawberries, dried cranberries, caramelized peanuts, carrots and fresh goat cheese.
