-HAMACHI TIRADITO: Passion fruit and apple sauce, spicy chili, and avocado
-RAW BAR: Shrimp with oysters.
-BEEF CARPACCIO: Artichoke hearts, fresh truffle, Grana Padano cheese grated tableside, and anchovy and parsley aioli.
SECOND COURSE (Served Family Style)
-BURRATA: Figs, baby arugula, balsamic reduction, chipotle crumble, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
-ROSANEGRA SALAD: Mixed greens, mustard dressing, whole hearts of palm, strawberries, dried cranberries, caramelized peanuts, carrots and fresh goat cheese.
-SPICY OCTOPUS: Crispy chargrilled octopus, chipotle cream, guajillo chili vinaigrette and avocado.

-WESTHOLME WAGYU RIBEYE 300 g.
-OVEN-BAKED SALMON: Nordic salmon, baby potatoes, citrus sauce and olive oil.
-SURF & TURF: 150 g LOBSTER AND 200 g WESTHOLME WAGYU NEW YORK STRIP.
-WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO: Porcini, enoki, portobello and fresh seasonal black truffle.
